Our new home

Here is our home. sorry for the weird angle we have two big trees in our front yard so I couldn't get a good view of the front of the house.

Our backyard

So its been awhile. The last few weeks have been crazy. We moved into our new home the last weekend in May. We our loving our new house. Kimball is a small town but we are getting use to it. We really miss Laramie and our friends and family, but we are starting to get to know people from our ward so its getting better. Besides moving we haven't really been up to too much. We are exciting that we have buyers for our house in Laramie. We are planning on closing on that house the end of this month and then we will close on our house in Kimball.
Connor turned 18 months. He went to nursery for the first time last Sunday. He did great. We had to go in there for a little while but other than that he did so good. Craig and I are so excited for nursery! At his doctors app. Connor weighed 24lbs. He is getting so big. He loves to be outside. We play in our backyard all the time. Kimball has a outdoor pool that we plan on going to this summer. Connor and I will be doing a parent/child swim lesson class in July. Craig is liking his new job. And I am enjoying being home with Connor.

Easter and other things

So it has been awhile. Let’s start with Easter, we stayed in Laramie and hung out with Craig’s family. His brother came up from SLC and it was great to hang out with them. Connor really enjoyed playing with his cousins. Connor was able to do a couple of Easter egg hunts. We went to one on campus and then we had one at grandma’s house with the cousins. He enjoyed finding the eggs. He also got to decorate eggs for the first time.
This past weekend we were able to go to a Rockies game. It was fun. We only stayed for about six innings because of rain but we had a fun day. We went to PF Changs for dinner. It was both Craig and I first time being and it so good. We will have to try it again sometime soon.
We had our house in the parade of home this past weekend too. We had a lot of people come and check out the house. A couple of the people that came and looked are seriously considering buying so we are praying we hear an offer sometime this week. We are planning on moving May 28 to Kimball. We are getting exciting and nervous.

Its been awhile

It has been awhile since I have posted anything. A lot of things have happened. Let start with Connor, he is almost 16 months. He is getting so big. He is walking and running everywhere. He loves to be outside. He is starting to talk, he can say bye bye, ball, no, wow, and uh-oh. He has such a cute personality.
We were able to go to Las Vegas the weekend before spring break with my parents, my sister's family and my brother Phillip. It was so fun and nice. We got to swim a lot and Connor loves to swim. We went and saw some dolphins, tigers, and lions. Connor loved the dolphins, he would just point and yell every time they jumped out of the water. It was so cute. Connor did great on the plane going and coming back.
The following week we were able to go see Craig's brother and sister in Salt Lake. We were also able to spend some time with our friends the Lucks. It was great to see them. Also that week my dad turned 60 and we had a little party for him. It was great to have the whole family together. Connor got to see all of his cousins.
Well we have some big news. We are moving. Craig got a job in Kimball, NE with a company called Clean Harbors. He will be a receiving Chemist. He starts June 6, we are planning to move over Memorial weekend. I am excited for a change but really sad to leave Laramie. Our house in Laramie officially went on the market today, we hope it sell fast. We have found a home that we really like in Kimball that will be buying. I really didn't want to buy but there is no rentals over there. I have been really stressing about all this, but Craig keeps telling me to have faith and everything will work out. I know that this is true. Well that is what has been going on with us.
One morning I came out of the bathroom and found Connor like this.

Connor with some of his cousins.

Pictures

So in Jan. we went to Cheyenne to get pictures taken of Connor. I was nervous because I wasn't sure how he would do but he did great. The lady that took them did a great job, I was very impressed with the photography place in Walmart. So I had to scan them into our computer because we just have prints, so that is why they look a little blurry.

13 Months

Connor is so fun. He is just a little jabber box. He loves to watch Baby Einstein, he loves to dance to any type of music. He loves his bath time. He understands the word bed so when we ask him if is ready for bed he will run into his room and point at his crib. He is getting more teeth and it has not been fun. I am pretty sure his favorite meal is chicken nuggets and a gogurt. When we are getting ready to go somewhere he will stand in front of the door and wave bye until we leave.

How do you upload videos? I have been trying to and it doesn't work.

The Big ONE

Connor turned one on Dec. 21. I can't believe how fast time flies. He is getting so big and fun. He is talking more. And getting into everything. He weighed 22lbs at his one year appointment. He is average in weight but tall.
For is party we went with a baseball theme. I attempted to make a baseball cake which turned out ok. We had pizza for dinner and Connor became a fan of it pretty quickly. Connor didn't know what to think about the presents. He helped dad open the first one then wasn't interested in the rest so his friend Afton helped open the rest. He was excited to put his hands in his cake but once they were covered with frosting he freaked out and didn't want to eat any of it. We had fun, and I think Connor did too. Thank you for all who came over and celebrated this day with us.
