Christmas

We had a good Christmas. We were able to come to Laramie for the weekend and hang out with Craig's family. Connor had like a weeks worth of opening presents. He had his birthday the 21st so we opened presents then. Then he opened some of his bigger present for Christmas on the Thurs. before because we didn't want to travel with all of them. Then he opened more on Christmas day. It will not be like this again, hopefully he doesn't think it will be like this every year. Connor loved all the new toys he got. Craig got some new pants and a hoodie. And I got a Kindle touch, which I love. I have already read three books on it. If any of you have suggestions for books to read, please let me know.
I took Connor to his two year check up and he is weighing in at 30lbs and is 33.5in tall. He is getting so big, and crazy. He is one wild little boy. As for me I will be 20 weeks Friday, I can't believe I am halfway. We are excited for Feb. 3 to come. That is when we find out what we are having. I wish it would come faster. I am finally starting to feel better, and feeling bigger everyday.

Connor turns 2

So Connor's birthday was on the 21. We had a party for him on the 17. It was a bday/bowl party because Wyoming played that day. Too bad Wyoming sucked it up and lost but other then that the day was good. We had friends and family come over. Connor loved his presents. We saved a couple of presents for him to open on his actual birthday. I can't believe he is already 2, time sure does fly. Sorry the pictures are not in any order and not really cropped.
We are excited for Christmas. Hopefully we will be able to make it to Laramie and spend sometime with Family. We hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

Christmas House

Remember the video I posted on my Halloween post about the house down the street from us that decorates with lights and music. Well their house is amazing for Christmas and I just wanted to post some videos from youtube of the house. The videos really don't do the house justice but I figured they were better then my recordings.
Here is a little info about this house. It is set to a play list of 14 songs that last 41 min. The Meyer's Christmas Musical Light show is computer controlled by using Light-o-Rama(LOR) software and hardware- including 9 LOR controllers with theirs 144 channels or circuits. This computerized and animated light display uses about 62.000+ red, amber, gold, green, blue, fuchsia, purple, cool white, and warm white lights, and over 4 miles of extension cords on their house, garages, and large corner light. This is what surprised Craig and I their electrical bill for their 5 week Christmas show will be less then 90 dollars. That's crazy.

Shout out to my mom

My mom is the greatest. She made me this cute snow decoration, even though she really didn't want to. By I am so glad she did, I love it. Thank you so much mom.

Sorry about the mess in the background. We were finishing up dishes from dinner.

Thanksgiving and Exciting News

We were able to go to my parents for Thanksgiving this year. It was so nice to be with my parents. We had a great visit. We were able to help put their tree up and we even got everything we wanted on black Friday. I was bad and didn't get any pictures taken while we were there, sorry.
On to the exciting news, if you haven't guessed already. We are expecting baby #2 in June. We are thrilled and can't wait. This pregnancy has been the complete opposite then the my first. I was never really sick with Connor but this time around has been bad. I have been so nauseous and throwing up. But its getting better, I am hoping that since I am now 13 weeks that is will calm down. but we will see.
I couldn't post and not put a picture of Connor up.

Halloween and other things

I can't believe that it is November already. We really haven't been up too much stuff lately. The library started story time the beginning of Oct. and we enjoy going to that every Wednesday. We have had two snow storms but the snow has melted pretty quick. The first storm was pretty heavy snow and it broke branched off our tree in our backyard. Halloween was fun. He had fun helping dad carve the pumpkin but didn't care for the pumpkin guts to get on him. Connor didn't want to dress up. He was suppose to be a gnome but he didn't like that idea. Then I tried to a few other ideas till he finally let me put on a baseball shirt and he was happy to carry his bat and ball. We did the downtown trick or treating then went to a few of our neighbor's houses. We were told to be prepared for trick or treaters, our neighborhood is the popular place for Halloween. We got over 100 trick or treaters, it was crazy. Connor loved it when the kids came to the door, many times he ran out the door and wanted to go with them. We were able to do the Denver Zoo on the free day. It was a mad house but we had fun. We went with some friends and was a beautiful day. Connor loved all the animals. The movie at the bottom is of a house down the street that goes all out for holidays. You can't see all of the decorations because its dark, there are some scary creatures. Also there was a lot of songs that played too. Sorry that the video goes in and out of focus, our camera is the greatest. We are tolded that Christmas is even more crazy.
Connor is getting better about letting me take pictures of him. Sorry about the tv in the back round

Here are a couple of pictures of our tree mess

September

This month has been a busy one for us. Craig and I celebrated our birthdays. Which were both great. We have been going to Laramie every weekend for football games. And Connor and I were able to spend a week at my parents house and then we were able to go to my cousin's wedding up in Worland. While is Worland we were able to see my grandma, and other family that we hadn't seen for awhile. It was good and the wedding was very nice. Connor had so much fun playing with his cousins. And he loved dancing at the reception.
While I was at my parents house I was able to make a couple of tshirt quilts. I have been wanting to make them for awhile but just haven't, so it was nice of my mom to help me with them.

Connor, Paden and Paxton had fun playing together
